As we have known all along, the Northwest Pacific Coast of Costa Rica – specifically the Papagayo Region, is undoubtedly the best place to live and vacation in the entire country.  Now the word is getting out to the rest of the world, especially New York:

For those of us that live in Costa Rica we have know all along that Costa Rica is a paradise – both to live and visit.  Now the whole world is in agreement and has voted Costa Rica the Top Tourism Destination in the entire Globe by the Global Tourism Monitor Survey
