How can I learn Spanish in Guanacaste, Costa Rica?

Costa Rica is one of the most educated countries in the world. Children must take English in school as part of their education. And here at the beach almost EVERYONE speaks English, so it is very easy for Ex Pats to adjust. But, most of my clients WANT to learn Spanish, so that they can converse with the Ticos in their local language. There are many avenues to accomplish this.
