Waldorf Astoria Condo Residences at Punta Cacique are finally a reality.  The much anticipated ultraluxury condo building on the very tip of Punta Cacique is officially finished and is basking in all its glory.  This exclusive luxury condo building of only 19 condos has long ago been sold and owners officially received keys and occupancy at the end of 2025.  It was definitely worth the wait!

Fortunately one of the owners has decided to sell their brand new 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo…

PROGRESS REPORT – Toys for Tots 2025

We still have a need in the community for more toys and would love to put on as many holiday parties as humanly possible.

Thanks to the generosity of clients, business partners, our Tres Amigos team, and the entire community we have been able to gather and purchase a large amount of toys for this years Toys for Tots effort.
