Does staying in a $4,000,000 villa in Costa Rica for $100 sound too good to be true?  Well you could actually win a 7 night stay for 12 people at Villa Durazno, one of the nicest homes in the entire Papagayo Area and just so happens to be one of the nicest homes that we have listed for sale as well.  The Villa Owner decided to have some fun and came up with a unique way for you to have a chance to stay in a luxury villa in Costa Rica.  We thought it would be a good idea to pass on the opportunity to everyone we know.

Villa Durazno is offering you the chance to buy a ticket, or tickets, to win one week’s stay at this beautiful and luxurious property overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Playa Panama, Costa Rica. 

The deal is simple; we sell 100 tickets and one lucky winner will get the chance to bring up to 12 family and/or friends to the villa in Costa Rica for free. All you have to do is get yourselves here. 

What’s more, 20 of the tickets that don’t win the main prize will be able to book the villa anytime in the next year with a 15% discount. 

To enter the drawing, here’s what you do: 

1. Sign in to your PayPal account and purchase as many tickets you want for $100 per ticket to the Villa Durazno PayPal account using the villadurazno@gmail.com email address. 
2. We send you a number and confirmation you have purchased a ticket. 
3. If you don’t have a Pay Pal account or have questions on how to purchase the tickets using PayPal then email directly to villadurazno@gmail.com
4. The drawing will be held on Saturday June 20th, 2015 when the winning ticket holder will be contacted, and all ticket buyers notified of the winning ticket number. 
5. 20 ticket buyers will be contacted to confirm they have won a 15% Villa Durazno discount voucher, valid for 1 year.

Small Print: 

The draw for the winning tickets will be independently adjudicated, recorded and made available on-line.

The winning ticket holder must sign and adhere to the usual Villa Durazno rental agreement.

If the venture does not sell 50% of available tickets by June 20th, all buyers will be refunded via PayPal. 

The winning ticket holder can choose any week (7 nights) before July 2016 to stay at the villa (excluding Dec 19th 2015 to Jan 4th, 2016) and subject to availability. 

The winning ticket holder must be the user of the free week – ‘selling on’ the ticket will invalidate it.
